I was very spoiled girl. I was the youngest of my sisters. I was born after my father had his accident, so I was a miracle baby.
My father was 24 years old. He was sitting in a tractor on the top of a mountain, he moves the back of the tractor like a piece of wood that the tractor was pulling and 10 min later his bod and tractor went down the mountain like ball, just rolling down the hill. When the rolling part stopped, the tractor crushed his legs. L4 vertebrae was damage. 24 years old, 2 kids and a a beautiful wife .
I believe it is important I understand where I come from, so can move forward. I will go back to Sophie, But not yet. 2012, I was 28 years old, on the pick of career, managing a chain of Peruvian restaurants making amazing money for my age, having everything a person could want. But something was just not good enough. Probably my 10 years relationship, my boyfriend at that time, Rafael. Cute guy, smart, passionate but just very lazy and very dependable of his mother. He was or is a very smart architect, just very slow to finish his degree. On the other side I was constantly climbing more stairs in my professional life.
It was the typical toxic relationship that you start very early in life, from 18 years old to 28 years old. very young immature and much more.
And because of all this circumstances, like a good Capricorn, I wanted more in life.
One day A friend told me, you should travel, take some time, think!
Following day I talked to my boss, I ask for a month remote and find a cousin leaving in Seattle to travel and to think what was next for me.
